Make My Beach Day provides styled beach setup and beach day services in Naples, Florida. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website only.

What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to an enquiry and deliver a booking.
Information you give us
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your requested date, group size, preferred beach and occasion.
- Anything else you choose to tell us in the message field.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server and security log data, including IP address, browser type and pages requested. This is used to keep the site available and to protect it from automated abuse.
- We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking on this website.
Why we use it
We use the information you give us to reply to your enquiry, confirm availability, arrange your setup, and contact you about your booking. We use automatically collected data to operate and secure the site.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is necessary to run the service:
- Service providers who host this website, deliver our email, or process payments on our behalf, and only to the extent needed to perform that function.
- Where required by law, including in response to a lawful request from a public authority.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations. Server and security logs are retained for a short period and then discarded.
Your choices
You can ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is inaccurate, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email hello@makemybeachday.com and we will respond.
If you have asked to receive updates from us, every message includes a way to stop receiving them.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and sits behind a content delivery network that filters automated abuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the information we hold.
Links to other sites
Some pages on this site link to external sources, including government and public agency websites, so you can check the information we cite. We do not control those sites and this policy does not apply to them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the page rather than made silently.
